This yoga studio is life changing. I started this spring and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The studio has become such an integral part of my recovery post-surgery. Not only do they teach yoga, they offer red light therapy (best option to relieve sore muscles), a sauna, massages, float therapy, etc.

What are the benefits of massage therapy?
Massage therapy can help relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, enhance relaxation, and support overall well-being. It can also aid in pain management, injury recovery, and flexibility.
What types of massage do you offer?
We offer a variety of massage styles, including relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic, prenatal massage, polarity, and hot stone therapy. If you're unsure which is best for you, we can help you decide based on your needs.
How do I know which type of massage is right for me?
If you’re seeking relaxation and stress relief, a relaxation massage is an excellent choice. For muscle tension, chronic pain, or recovery from physical activity, deep tissue may be more beneficial. Prenatal massage is specifically designed for expectant mothers to support their well-being. Lymphatic massage is gentle and great for those experiencing puffiness or lymphedema. Polarity massage will work with your body's energy to rebalance and realign you. If you're unsure, let us know your needs, and we’ll guide you to the best option.
What should I expect during my first massage session?
Your therapist will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your needs and any concerns. You’ll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie on the massage table under a sheet. The therapist will use oils or lotions to perform the massage, adjusting pressure as needed.
How long does a typical massage session last?
Massage sessions typically last 60 or 90 minutes. Longer sessions allow for more in-depth work on problem areas and overall relaxation.
How often should I get a massage?
This depends on your needs. For general relaxation, once a month may be enough. If you’re dealing with stress, chronic pain, or recovery from an injury, more frequent sessions—such as weekly or biweekly—might be beneficial.
What should I wear to a massage session?
Wear comfortable clothing. During the massage, you may undress to your comfort level. You will always be draped with a sheet, with only the area being worked on exposed.
Do I need to shower before my massage?
It’s not required, but it’s a good idea to arrive clean and fresh for your appointment. If you've been sweating or exercising, a quick shower is recommended.
Will the massage be painful?
Massage should not be painful, but deep tissue and therapeutic massages may cause some discomfort when working on tight muscles. Always communicate with your therapist so they can adjust the pressure to your comfort level.
Can I talk during my massage?
You can talk if you’d like, but many people prefer to relax in silence. Your therapist will follow your lead and check in about pressure and comfort when needed.
Are there any conditions that would prevent me from getting a massage?
Certain conditions, such as fever, contagious illnesses, deep vein thrombosis, severe osteoporosis, or recent surgeries, may require you to avoid massage or get medical clearance. If you have any health concerns, consult your doctor first.
Can massage help with chronic pain or injuries?
Yes, massage can be an effective tool for managing chronic pain and aiding in injury recovery. Deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage can help relieve pain and improve mobility.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes, prenatal massage is designed specifically for pregnant women to help relieve tension, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation. However, always consult your doctor before scheduling a massage.
Do you offer couples or group massages?
Yes, we offer couples massages where two people can receive massages at the same time in separate rooms. We can also accommodate small groups with advance booking.
Should I eat before a massage?
It’s best to eat a light meal at least an hour before your massage. A full stomach may make lying on the table uncomfortable.
Will I feel sore after a massage?
Some people experience mild soreness, especially after a deep tissue massage. This is normal and usually fades within a day or two. Drinking water and stretching can help ease any discomfort.
Do you use oils or lotions? What if I have allergies?
Yes, we use high-quality oils and lotions. If you have allergies or sensitivities, let us know in advance so we can use hypoallergenic or unscented options.
What is the cancellation policy for massage appointments?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee.
Should I tip my massage therapist?
Tipping is appreciated but not required. A standard tip is 15-20% of the service cost.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online, by phone, or in person at our location. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. We are happy to assist you in booking your appointment and matching you with the perfect therapist.
