Background and Experience

I have been a practicing massage therapist since May of 2013. I attended Hesser College in Manchester NH where I initially enrolled in their Physical Therapy Assistant program before transitioning to their Massage Therapy program where I discovered my passion for body work.

My experience as a lifelong soccer player has steered me toward becoming a specialist in Sports Massage and Therapeutic body work. In my time as a full time LMT, I have performed well over 10,000 sessions and have amassed 12 years worth of continuing education.

Treatment Method and Philosophy

My approach to treatment is to find and resolve local and structural dysfunction with minimal amounts of discomfort while helping to educate and strengthen mind body connection. My techniques revolve around treating myofascial, neuromuscular and the soft tissue systems.

Session goals and treatment plans are important to me as every client on my table has different needs and results they are looking to achieve.

Ultimately I look to improve overall body function resulting in increased comfort, decreased pain, and body relaxation and to help clients find tools to continue their mind body journey off of the massage table.
