General Information

Where is Wellness Hot Yoga located?

We are located at 34 Merrimack Street in downtown Haverhill, Massachusetts. Our studio is easily accessible by car or public transit, and there is nearby parking available. Learn more about parking and logistics.

Do I need to be a member to take classes or book services?

No membership is required. All yoga classes, massage therapy, and wellness services are open to the public. You’re welcome to drop in, purchase a class pack, or schedule a service at your convenience.

What are your hours of operation?

Our studio is open seven days a week, with classes and appointments available throughout the day. For the most up-to-date schedule, please check our Contact Us page.

How can I book a class or service?

You can book online through our appointment page, call the studio, or visit us in person. For massage and wellness services, we recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability.

What should I bring to my first visit?

For yoga classes, bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. For hot yoga, we recommend a large towel to cover your mat. For massage or wellness services, just bring yourself—everything else is provided.

Yoga Classes

Do you offer classes for beginners?

Yes! Our Original Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga classes are beginner-friendly and designed to support all levels of experience. Whether you're new to yoga or returning after time away, our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

What types of yoga classes do you offer?

We offer a range of classes including Original Hot Yoga (Bikram), Warm Yin Yoga, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Online Yoga Classes, Community Classes, and Private Lessons. Each class is tailored to support healing, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Can I practice yoga at home with your studio?

Yes! Our Online Yoga Classes let you follow live in-studio sessions from anywhere. You’ll hear the instructor in real-time and can practice with the community while enjoying the privacy of your own space.

Do you offer private or one-on-one yoga instruction?

Absolutely. Private yoga lessons are available and can be tailored to your specific goals. They're ideal if you’re recovering from an injury, looking to refine your practice, or want personal guidance.

What is your Community Yoga Class?

Our Community Yoga Class is a 90-minute Original Hot Yoga session offered every Sunday at 5:00 PM. It’s free and open to all levels. Donations are accepted and support a different local charity each month.

Massage Therapy

What types of massage therapy do you offer?

We offer a wide range of massage services including deep tissue, hot stone, lymphatic, myofascial, polarity, prenatal, relaxation, range of motion and stretching, and Reiki. Each session is customized to meet your specific needs. Learn more about our massage therapy offerings.

Do I need to choose the massage type in advance?

If you already know the type of massage you want—like deep tissue—you can book it in advance. During your session, our licensed massage therapists may recommend additional techniques such as cupping or assisted stretching to help you reach your goals, whether that’s pain relief, relaxation, or improved mobility. Are your massage therapists licensed and experienced?

Do you offer prenatal massage?

Yes, we offer safe and supportive prenatal massage tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy. It helps reduce muscle tension, swelling, and stress while promoting better sleep and circulation.

Can I combine massage with other wellness services?

Absolutely. Many clients enhance their experience by pairing massage with services like sauna, float therapy, or red light therapy to support deeper relaxation and faster recovery.

What wellness services do you offer?

Our wellness offerings include red light therapy, float therapy, sauna sessions, facials and skin care, meditation, and prenatal and postpartum wellness support. Each service is designed to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. Learn more about our wellness services.

Can I use the wellness services without a yoga membership?

Yes! All of our wellness services are available to the public. You don’t need a yoga membership to book a float, sauna, facial, or other wellness sessions.

What are the benefits of float therapy?

Float therapy promotes deep relaxation, relieves physical tension, improves sleep, and supports mental clarity. You’ll float effortlessly in a warm, Epsom salt-infused pool in a calming, low-sensory environment. Learn more about float therapy.

What does red light therapy help with?

Do you offer prenatal wellness services?

Retreats and Workshops

What types of retreats do you offer?

We offer yoga retreats in Costa Rica, Thailand, Maine, and Mysuru, India—as well as personal retreats at our Haverhill, MA studio. Each retreat blends yoga, meditation, rest, and local experiences to support healing, connection, and self-discovery. Learn more about our yoga retreats and workshops.

Do I need to be an experienced yogi to attend a retreat?

Not at all! Our retreats are open to all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced teachers provide personalized guidance and support throughout the experience.

What’s included in a retreat package?

Each retreat includes accommodations, daily yoga and meditation, nourishing meals, and posture clinics. Many also offer spa treatments, day trips, and other wellness services for an additional fee.

Do you offer local or short-term retreats?

Yes. Our Personal Retreat at Wellness Hot Yoga is a customizable experience at our Haverhill studio. It includes unlimited yoga, red light therapy, sauna access, and discounts on massage and wellness services.

How do I book a spot on a retreat?
