Tasha Gruen is a compassionate massage therapist and polarity practitioner, dedicated to nurturing the mind-body-spirit connection in every session. Graduating from Spa Tech in Massachusetts in December 2023, Tasha takes a holistic, individualized approach to massage, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of each client.
With a passion for healing, Tasha is committed to helping others feel better, both physically and emotionally.
Continued Growth and Passion for Wellness
Currently, Tasha is preparing to expand their expertise with certification in Bucal massage, set for March 2025.
When not working with clients, Tasha enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with family, and expressing creativity through art. This deep sense of balance and mindfulness is reflected in the care and attention Tasha offers to everyone they work with.
