Summer at Wellness Hot Yoga

Summer is one of the best times to practice yoga. Your body walks into the room already warm, which means you can safely go deeper, work smarter (not harder), and start to see real changes — especially in your flexibility. The heat outside supports the heat inside. Use it.

If you're traveling, don’t forget: your WHY membership includes online classes, so there’s no need to skip your practice. Whether you’re in your living room, at a campsite, or somewhere in between, you can stay connected and keep moving forward.

We’ve also got some great summer community events in the works — chances to not just stretch your body, but to connect with each other, have fun, and remember why we do this in the first place.

Need something more personal? You can build your own summer wellness plan or even book a personal retreat right at the studio. Sometimes, all it takes is a little space and structure to come back to yourself.

This is your summer to show up and see the changes you can make. Use your tools to not only have a great summer but to improve your life.

Teri

Join us for our next Community Check-In — a monthly opportunity to come together, share experiences, and support one another. This is your chance to connect beyond the hot room, meet fellow practitioners, and grow stronger as a community.

Each month we explore a new topic related to practice, wellness, and everyday life. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or just walked through our doors, you’re invited — and so are your friends and family.

Memorial Day Schedule

On Monday, May 26, we will be holding one class only at 8:30 AM. Join us in the hot room to move, breathe, and reflect. All other classes will be canceled for the day.

On this day, we pause to honor and remember those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. We are deeply grateful for their service, and we hold them in our hearts.

Celebrating 20 Years of Teaching Yoga — $20 Drop-Ins All June!

This June marks a huge milestone for our founder and teacher, Teri — 20 years of teaching yoga!

What began as a personal healing journey turned into two decades of guiding, inspiring, and supporting thousands of students through the power of this practice. Teri’s dedication, heart, and grit have shaped Wellness Hot Yoga into the incredible community it is today — and we’re celebrating all month long.

To honor her 20-year teaching anniversary, we’re offering $20 drop-in classes for the entire month of June — one dollar for every year she’s been sharing yoga with the world.

Whether you're a longtime student or new to the studio, this is your invitation to show up, sweat it out, and celebrate with us.

Come practice, bring a friend, and let’s fill the hot room with gratitude, strength, and love. Here's to 20 years — and the many more ahead!

Join Us for a Special Outdoor Yoga Class – Supporting Mental Health Together.

We're kicking off June with a powerful reminder of what yoga is really about—connection, healing, and showing up for ourselves and each other.

On Sunday, June 1 at 12:00 noon, join us behind the studio for a 1-hour outdoor yoga class on the grass. This special event is in partnership with a local youth group from Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School, and together we're focusing on the mental health benefits of yoga, especially for young people.

In today’s world, stress is hitting younger generations harder than ever. This class is about creating space—for breath, for movement, for mental clarity, and for community support. This is more than a class. It’s a statement: mental health matters. Let’s move, breathe, and stand together.

Invite someone who needs a little sunshine and support. The more mats, the stronger the message. All levels welcome – bring a mat, and water.

Schedule Update: Saturday 5PM Class on Summer Break

As we shift into summer mode, our Saturday 5PM yoga class will be taking a break starting June 1.

We know many of you soak up the longer days and warmer nights — and so do we! The class will return after Labor Day, refreshed and ready for the fall season.

Thank you for understanding and for continuing to show up with such dedication. In the meantime, we’ve got plenty of other class times to keep your practice strong all summer long.

Join Our Annual June Cereal Drive – Support Kids All Summer Long

Our Annual Cereal Drive Is Back! Help Us Feed Local Kids

Every year when school lets out, a very real need shows up in our community: breakfast. Many local kids rely on school meals, and when those stop for the summer, families struggle to keep up.

That’s why every June, Wellness Hot Yoga hosts our Annual Cereal Drive to support Somebody Cares New England, a local food bank that does incredible work feeding families in need.

We’re collecting healthy cereal—think low sugar, high fiber—and cash donations to buy milk, so these kids can have a complete breakfast during the months when it's needed most.

This drive is one of our favorite studio traditions because it shows who we are beyond the yoga mat. Let’s come together—again—to support the health and dignity of local families.

One box of cereal might not seem like much—but when we all contribute, it adds up fast. Let’s fill that donation bin to the top.

Haverhill’s First Pride Parade – Come Celebrate With Us!

History is being made in our hometown! On Saturday, June 7th, Haverhill will host its very first Pride Parade — and we’re celebrating the best way we know how: with community, cookies, and love.

Join us at Wellness Hot Yoga as we gather outside the studio to cheer on the parade, celebrate the spirit of pride, and honor what it means to live openly and authentically.

And that’s not all…

We’ll also be celebrating Lydia’s birthday with cookies, snacks, and sweet vibes all around!

Bring your friends, bring your family, bring your joy. Wear your rainbow colors, and grab one of our WHY Pride t-shirts. Let’s fill the sidewalk with support, love, and fierce celebration. Because community matters. Identity matters. Love matters.

We can’t wait to see you there.
