Wellness Hot Yoga is my most favourite Yoga studio in the World: Teri has created a place where everyone is welcome and where everyone can practice Yoga to improve their life outside of the hot room. She and her team of highly-skilled teachers teach with compassion and love to make class accessible for anyone. Sitting outside the room afterwards, you'll meet fabulous fellow yogis of any age, size and background who will inspire you to come back the very next day.
