March brings longer days, lighter layers, and a chance to reset. If winter left you tense or off-rhythm, now is the perfect time to reconnect.
This month, focus on steady practices, supportive community, and self-care that actually feels good. A massage is an ideal way to release lingering tension and step into spring feeling refreshed—pair it with a class, sauna, or quiet moment for maximum effect.
Don’t forget to set your clocks forward on Sunday, March 8th. Step into spring feeling lighter, calmer, and ready for what’s ahead.

PS - please remember our community events are open to everyone, you do not need to be a member to join in crafting, writing, meditation, or events! See you at the studio.

March is the perfect time to add energy and strength to your week with Hot Pilates. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing a high-energy, no-impact workout that builds endurance, tones muscles, and improves flexibility.
Classes are included in all membership packages, and we also offer drop-in options for our pop-up sessions—perfect if you want to try it just once or fit in an extra class.
Step into the studio, feel the heat, and discover the difference Hot Pilates can make.

Join us on March 14 for our Knitting & Crafting Circle, a relaxed community gathering right after the 7:30 AM class in the meditation area.
This monthly group meets on the second Saturday of each month and is a great chance to slow down and create together. Bring whatever you’re working on—knitting, crocheting, or any lap-friendly craft.
Learn from each other, get help from fellow crafters, finish that unfinished project, and build new skills and friendships along the way.
Stay after class, grab a tea and a seat, and come enjoy meaningful community time.

The Centered Writers Group is launching at the studio on Sunday, March 15, at 9:00 AM, led by Mary Guerrero.
This will be a monthly gathering on the third Sunday of each month, offering a quiet, supportive space to sit with your words and see what wants to come through.
Bring whatever you’re working on:
the unfinished Great American Novel, your journal, a few lines of poetry, or even a blank page waiting for inspiration. If you’re not sure where to begin, Mary will provide gentle writing prompts to help you drop in and get started.
No critique because writing, like yoga, is a practice. Join in and write.

Christie is back with her delicious homemade sourdough after the 7:30 AM class on Saturday, March 21.
Freshly baked, full of flavor, and perfect to take home and enjoy. You can pre-order at the front desk to guarantee your loaf, a limited number may be available for walk-ins.
Christie accepts cash or Venmo, so it’s easy to grab a loaf (or two) while you’re at the studio.
Come early, linger a few minutes after class, and treat yourself to something wholesome and homemade. It’s a small pleasure that makes the whole day better.

For those who have been on retreat, you already know this practice.
Steven’s meditation sessions have been one of the best parts of our retreats. Now we will offer a meditation practice here at the studio!
Steven leads meditation the same way he does everything else: steady, thoughtful, and accessible. No pressure to “clear your mind.” No performance. Just practical guidance that helps you settle your nervous system, sharpen awareness, and reconnect with yourself in a real, usable way.
Whether meditation is already part of your life or something you’ve been curious about but unsure how to begin, this is a supportive place to start—or deepen.
Expect simplicity, presence, and space to slow down.
Join us Sunday, March 29th, and give yourself time to pause, breathe, and reset.

Congratulations to everyone who signed up for the 26 in ’26 challenge.
Showing up consistently—whether you finished every class or not—is no small thing, and it makes a real difference.
For those who completed the challenge, we’re offering two Master Classes on March 21st and March 28th, from 11:30 am–1:30 pm. You’re welcome to attend one or both.
We’ll move through the full series with time for questions, deeper instruction, and refinement of the postures.
To keep the momentum going, any classes you completed during 26 in ’26 can be transferred to a 180 Degree Challenge card. Put a start date of January 1 on your card and commit to 180 classes in 365 days. Complete the challenge and earn your next year of yoga wellness membership for $119 per month.
You’ve already started something powerful. Now keep it moving.
Thank you to everyone who invited friends, family, and colleagues to join us for yoga and more—your generosity truly makes this community what it is.
Congratulations to Julieanne, our basket winner, and Mike Tromp, recipient of a free month of yoga.
If a Share the Love card is returned after February, we’re happy to honor the one week of yoga. And if you took advantage of that free week, you can sign up for your first month of membership for just $29, which includes all classes, red light therapy, sauna, and all the benefits of membership.
That’s a powerful way to get started—and an even better reason to keep going.
