Summer is the perfect season to deepen your hot yoga and hot pilates practice — your body is already warm when you walk through the door, your muscles more pliable, your flexibility is naturally at its peak. And after a morning run or an afternoon in the garden, our sauna and red light therapy are the ideal recovery tools to soothe tired legs and ease the satisfying ache of a day well spent outdoors. One more summer tip: treat yourself to a massage the day before you leave on vacation — you'll step onto that plane or into the car already relaxed, loose, and ready to enjoy every moment.

Friday Evenings This Summer: A Few Things to Know

Heads up! There will be no desk staff on Friday evenings this summer. The 5:00 pm Hot Yoga and 7:00 pm Yin Yoga classes will still be running, but your teacher will lock the front doors when class begins. There is no late admittance, so please plan ahead and give yourself a little extra time to arrive. If the doors are locked, class has started, and we won't be able to let you in! (If you're late... it's over!)

June is Pride Month — and We're Here for It

A multi-color ribbon representing Pride month in June 2026

June is a time to celebrate love, authenticity, and the beautiful diversity of our community. We are proud to welcome and celebrate all of our LGBTQIA+ brothers, sisters, and cousins — in this studio, everyone belongs, everyone is seen, and everyone deserves to feel their absolute best in their body and in their life.

Pride isn't just a parade — it's a reminder that showing up as your true self is one of the most courageous and joyful things a person can do. And what better way to honor that than by investing in your strength, your wellness, and your sense of self?

If you're local, mark your calendar for the Haverhill Pride Parade on June 20th — come out, show up, and celebrate with your community. You can find all the details at Haverhill Pride Parade and Events. Happy Pride from all of us.

Help Fill the Bowl This Summer: Our Annual Cereal Drive

different cereal boxes displayed together on a table

Every June, as kids head home for summer, food banks face a critical shortage of one simple staple: cereal. During the school year, breakfast programs help ensure children start their day with a nutritious meal — but when school lets out, that meal disappears for many families who are already stretched thin. For these kids, a bowl of cereal at home becomes breakfast.

That's why this June, we're collecting cereal donations for Somebody Cares New England. No contribution is too small — every box makes a real difference for a family in our community trying to bridge the gap.

We especially love healthy cereal choices — think whole grain, low sugar options like Cheerios, Chex, Mini-Wheats, or oatmeal. These give kids the lasting energy they need to make the most of their summer days.

Here's how you can help:

  • Donate cereal — healthy varieties especially appreciated
  • Donate cash — contributions go directly toward purchasing milk to go with every bowl

Together, we can make sure no child in our community goes hungry this summer. Drop off your donations at the studio through the month of June. Thank you for helping give local kids something nourishing to look forward to every morning.

Her teaching is thoughtful and grounded, and she has a genuine ability to help people connect with their practice in a way that sticks. If you've practiced with Teri before, you know. If you haven't, this is a wonderful way to start.

Packages starting at $1,850 per person. Ready to sign up? Steven is now taking reservations for both weeks. Reach out to him directly to hold your spot — spaces are limited and these retreats do fill up. Steven@wellnesshotyoga.com
