February 2026 Newsletter

valentine's and chocolate-themed collage of WHY events happening during February 2026

February reminds us that love isn’t just a feeling—it’s a practice.

It’s how we show up for ourselves, how we move through the world, and how we care for others. Each small act of kindness, each moment of self-care, builds a stronger, more connected community.

This month, we’ve filled the calendar with ways to live that love:

  • Hot Pilates Teacher Training — Learn to lead, inspire, and share the love of movement with others.
  • Community Training — Gain the tools to support and protect our immigrant neighbors.
  • Yoga Nidra — Dive into deep relaxation, connect with your inner self, and enjoy community time in a calm, restorative setting.
  • Writing & Crafting Workshops — Explore your stories, express yourself, and grow through creativity.
  • Valentine’s Chocolate Facial — Indulge in self-love with a nourishing, antioxidant-rich chocolate facial.
  • Share the Love with Friends & Family — Invite loved ones for a full week of classes at Wellness Hot Yoga, and you’ll be entered to win our loaded Share the Love gift basket.

Move, give, create, and care. February is a chance to practice love, connect with community, and grow—come in and experience it.

Share the Love — All February Long

February is a great month at Wellness Hot Yoga because it’s all about love and sharing what actually works. The Share the Love event runs for the entire month of February, and it’s simple, generous, and meant to make it easy to bring your friends into the studio.

Here’s how it works:

Members and students can pick up Share the Love cards at the studio and give them to friends, family, coworkers—anyone who could use a reset. There is no limit to how many cards you can take and give away.

Each card gives the recipient a free one-week membership, including unlimited Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Hot Pilates, plus access to Red Light Therapy and the sauna, along with discounts on additional wellness services. It’s a real experience, not a watered-down intro.

When the recipient brings the physical card into the studio, they’re entered into the Share the Love Raffle for a chance to win a free month of membership. (Important reminder: the card must be brought in to be entered.)

And don’t worry—the love comes back to you. Every card you give out enters you into the drawing for our Share the Love Gift Basket, packed with incredible prizes including a WAY yoga mat, massage and facial services, a private yoga lesson, meditation supplies, studio merch, and plenty of surprises.

The more you share, the more chances you have to win.
This is about community, consistency, and letting people feel the difference for themselves. Grab some cards, and share the love!

Come learn from each other, get help from fellow crafters, finish that unfinished project, and build new skills and friendships along the way.

Stay after class, grab a tea and a seat, come enjoy meaningful community time.
