Learn skills to improve your nutrition and

to look at food from a new prospective, building mindfulness when eating and fostering a healthy relationship with food to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.

By enrolling in this program, you'll be embarking on a journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. You'll learn how to properly fuel your body, improve your energy levels, and reach your nutrition goals. You'll also gain knowledge on how to balance your meals and snacks so that you feel satisfied and nourished throughout the day.

Ilia is our desk manager. She is also a personal trainer and certified nutrition coach, who is passionate about guiding individuals to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
