We all remember our first yoga class and know it is the first step to changing your life.
Our yoga classes are true beginner yoga, all you have to do is show up and breathe. Our hot yoga classes are a basic series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a hot room.
This class is taught in a manner that allows the practice to be done by beginners, people with limited mobility, and people with chronic illness, but is also challenging enough for athletes and experienced yoga students.
Our students come in all shapes, sizes, age groups, and physical condition. We are a supportive yoga community, our staff, teachers and students are always excited to welcome new students to the studio and make you feel comfortable and welcome.
Most people start to see real benefits in their first 10 classes. It can take a few classes to get used to the heat, but in a short time you will start to love coming in and how great you feel. Our new member program, $59 for your first month of membership, is designed to allow you to jump-start your practice, and prepare you for a regular transformative yoga practice.
