What is Float Therapy?
A floatation tank is a zero-gravity experience designed to help your mind and body relax, recover, and reset. When you begin your floatation therapy session, you’ll enter a quiet and serene environment where you can let go of the external pressures and find deep relaxation. Our float room is designed to reduce external stimuli in an attempt to improve well-being. The float experience releases stress, reduces anxiety, lowers blood pressure, relieves aches and pain, improves sleep quality and strengths the immune system.
Our open bath-like pool is filled with a saline solution of over 1000 pounds of epsom salt, allowing you to float effortlessly while absorbing the benefits of the minerals in the epsom salt.
Epsom salts are great for your skin, hair, nails, and act as an exfoliate. They aid in joint pain, ease stress, and naturally relax the body. 1,000 pounds of Epsom salts help prevent inflammation in your joints, muscles, and treat sprains, strains, and sore muscles.
The 30% salt solution, enabling you to float effortlessly atop the water. This creates a deeply relaxing, supported
environment, taking pressure off joints, muscles and nerves.
Tension and stress dissolves away, it’s even safe to fall asleep in the floatation tank.
An hour of floating will decrease the production of cortisol, a stress hormone, leaving you feeling refreshed and serene after the float. The brain enters the theta brain-wave state, associated with deep sleep and dreaming.

Other Things You Should Know
"I tried float therapy today for the first time and if I had to describe it in one word it would be tranquility. Ahhhhhhhh how relaxing. It took me a little bit to fully relax and let my body go into full relaxation and float mood but once I fully allowed myself to do so I didn’t move at all. I noticed you do need to have your ears under the water for best results on the neck. I felt like I was able to fall into a deep meditation and allow the water and salt to heal my body. There are a few other really cool things about this but I don’t want to spoil it for you so go and check it out for yourself your mind, body, and soul will thank you."
