Wellness Hot Yoga is an independently owned and operated yoga studio. We are a supportive yoga community serving the Merrimack Valley region and beyond since 2008. We focus on the practice of yoga to acheive overall wellness and good health of our students. We pride ourselves on being a safe, brave, welcoming, accessible and open space for everyone, serving and supporting a diverse community of practitioners.

Hours

Front Desk is staffed-

Monday - Wednesday and Friday- 8:30 am - 7:00 pm

Tuesday and Thursday - 8:30 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday - 7:00 am - 1:00 pm

Monday - Friday - Yoga studio opens at 6 am for the 6:30 am yoga class -

The front door is locked at 6:30am when class begins.

Saturday and Sunday -Yoga Studio opens at 4:30 pm for the 5:00 pm yoga class

The door is front locked when class begins.
