Mala Bead Making Workshop

with Jenn

Saturday, October 28th

12:00 - 4:00 pm

Wellness Hot Yoga

34 Merrimack Street

Haverhill Ma 01830

A mala is a simple string of beads used in meditation to count mantras, prayers, or intentions. Malas can also be used to count breaths. Mala Beads were developed to keep the mind focused and clear from thoughts.

Jenns mission is to spread love and healing, to encourage folks to start a meditation practice, and to get us all closer to a collective consciousness. Community through healing, healing through community

In this workshop you will learn to make your own Mala Beads. All supplies are included.

My name is Jenn, I work as a surgical technologist at Newton Wellesley Hospital. In my spare time I love to read, play soccer, spend time in nature, hang on the couch and watch tv with my wife and five cats, and, of course, make Malas! I am very excited to share my mala making process with you all!
