In addition to our regular classes, we have special events at Wellness Hot Yoga:


Donation Class

The third Friday of every month the 4 pm and 6 pm classes are our donation classes. Come in and take a class and make a donation to the Wellness Hot Yoga scholarship fund. This scholarship is awarded to a local High School Graduate pursuing a career in wellness. This is a regular 90-minute class.

Suggested Donation $10.  Bring a donation and take a free class! 

Community Meditation Practice

Meditations are held outside the hot room in the hallway. Students are welcome to sit on the benches or on the floor. The session will last between 30 and 45 minutes. Everyone is welcome feel free to invite your friends and family, children who would like to participate are also welcome. No previous experience is necessary. There is no charge for meditations, donations are welcome.

Yoga Talk with Teri

Teri will take time to explain the techniques of various postures and answer any of your yoga questions. This is a chance to get one-on-one feedback and talk about postures, yoga philosophy and anything pertaining to your postures and practice. The workshop is held in a casual heat-off environment with time for your questions and feedback. Bring your mat, a towel, and a notebook. Everyone is welcome-even those who have never practiced yoga. Yoga Talk is free.

Laughing Yoga - with Linda Samler

Laughter relaxes the whole body. It triggers the release of endorphins, promoting an overall sense of well-being. Linda will lead us through a one-hour yoga session combining breathing and laughing. Wear comfortable clothing, no mats required.
