Wellness Hot Yoga is an independently owned and operated yoga studio teaching bikram method hatha yoga. We are a supportive yoga community serving the Merrimack Valley region and beyond since 2008. We focus on the practice of yoga to acheive overall wellness and good health of our students. We pride ourselves on being a safe, brave, welcoming, and open space for everyone, serving and supporting a diverse community of practitioners.
