We have worked hard as a community to get here.

We continue to work together in our next transition.

We’re so happy to announce that we will be re-opening and holding classes at the studio starting Monday, July 6th.  This is exciting and brings with it lots of changes. We will no longer offer free classes online but we will continue to offer online classes on Zoom. You can continue your home practice by purchasing one of our new packages: the online monthly membership or the auto-renewing 5 class card. Wellness members can return to practicing at the studio and will be able to access all our online classes as well.

There are many new guidelines designed to keep the staff and students safe and healthy while at the studio. Please follow the new procedures to keep everyone well. Studio classes are by online booking only, and strictly limited to 12 students to allow for plenty of distance between people in the hot room. We are currently prioritizing our members for space in the in-studio classes.

Our online classes have been incredibly popular so we’re keeping our online Zoom classes going, with a new schedule. As things get back to normal we will adjust class size and standards according to CDC and Massachusetts state guidelines. Your respect of these regulations will serve to help us all get back to normal sooner rather than later. For now, enjoy these two options to continue your practice and stay healthy!

The original Hot Yoga 90 minute class remains one of the most

effective and accessible therapeutic yoga practices in the world.

A note from Teri—

January of 2020 was a new beginning. We had a new vision—we changed our name to Wellness Hot Yoga representing who we are and what we stand for. We started with great celebration as a community, including a year-long challenge. The emergence of the corona virus, COVID-19, certainly changed where we were going. But we adjust and we adapt as needed. (The only thing permanent is change).

In March I made the difficult decision to close the studio to keep our community safe. Shortly thereafter the governor of Massachusetts ordered businesses to close their doors to give us time to try to control the spread of infection. We embraced the change and seamlessly transitioned to online classes to continue our practice from home. Our community expanded to welcome students and teachers from around the world and let them join our classes as we worked as a global community to handle this pandemic.

Massachusetts has done well in reducing the spread of this illness. We are now able to re-open the studio as of July 6th for classes but there are restrictions and protocols we must follow. We will continue to work together and support each other. We will reopen slowly with a limited number of students in class. Our online classes will continue and we are adding in an online membership and class card to allow those unable to join us at the studio to continue practicing with us.

I don't know what the future will bring but we are strong and resilient. I know we are working together to move forward in the days to come. Thank you to all the members who stuck by us and kept the studio going. I am eternally grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you in class.     -Teri
